Gymnastics is an excellent activity for girls whether they continue to competitive gymnastics or just use the strength, flexibility and balance gained as a strong foundation for other sports. Girls train on the 4 Women’s Olympic Events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam and Floor). Classes are structured around our Poster Reward system. Athletes progress through each level at their own pace and move to the next level when they individually are ready. Classes are divided by age and level. Emphasis is on success and a positive approach to learning, skill acquisition and participation. We know not every child is in class to be a competitor, yet every child thrives on feeling positive about themselves and their accomplishments through their gymnastics. A strong base is built with safety as the primary goal, for future skills whether they be gymnastics or another sport.
